CCEF LED Lighting Loan

Colorado Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is partnering with the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) to provide a fast solution for borrowers seeking LED lighting upgrades.

CCEF LED Lighting Loan

Loan Amount: $10,000 to $500,000

Term: Up to 3 years

Rate: 3.45%

Repayment: Monthly Principal + Interest Payments (No Pre-Payment Penalties)

Security: Secured by UCC-1 filing

Speed: Access to funding within weeks of application submission

Here’s the Process:

  • Click on Submit a Project and complete CCEF Project Intake Form.

  • CCEF will supply loan application packet, Application Checklist, and Closing Checklist.

  • Applicant will review loan applications and checklists, submitting completed loan packet when ready.

  • CCEF will begin the underwriting process upon receipt of the completed loan application packet.

  • Closing documents will be provided for review and signature.
Eligible borrowers include owners of commercial, industrial, agricultural, multi-family and community buildings, including those owned by tax exempt organizations. In addition, borrowers must:
  • Must be based in Colorado
  • Be in Good Standing with Secretary of State
  • Have at least one employee, not more than 99 employees
  • Demonstrate 1 year positive cash flow
  • Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) of 1:1
