CCEF is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025 Residential Contractor Incentive Program, designed to reward top-performing contractors in our programs! Winners were evaluated by the total number of completed projects in 2025.

Contractors are critical to our mission of supporting the transition to clean energy and creating meaningful, sustainable change. They provide valuable expertise to turn plans and investments into action in homes and communities across Colorado. The 2025 residential contractor incentive program was available to any CCEF-authorized contractor completing projects under the Electrify and Save On-Bill Repayment Program or the Residential Energy Upgrade Loan (RENU) program.

Electrify and Save On-Bill Repayment Program Winners

The results from the Electrify and Save On-Bill Repayment Program are in! The winners are as follows:

1st Place (Tie) Mountain View Pella

Pella, tied for first-place, is a leader in high-quality, innovative window and door solutions serving Southern Colorado. Based in Colorado Springs, Pella’s regional dealership supports communities from Monument to Trinidad, with a strong customer base in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Grand Junction. Pella leads in innovation and quality on all new and replacement windows and doors. Working directly with homeowners and contractors with in-house service and guarantees, Pella’s commitment to energy efficiency, customization, and accessibility aligns closely with CCEF’s mission to turn clean energy investments into real results. 1st Place (Tie): Zero Homes

Tied for the first-place title is Zero Homes, a Denver-based company with a statewide network dedicated to helping homeowners electrify, weatherize, and improve energy efficiency. Serving customers across participating Electrify and Save utility territories, Zero Homes offers a comprehensive suite of services, including air sealing, insulation, heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, EV charging, battery storage, lighting upgrades, and energy assessments. Their holistic approach ensures customers receive solutions that are both practical and impactful.

What sets Zero Homes apart is their ability to help homeowners maximize affordability by navigating and stacking incentives. As a participant in the State’s Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR/HER) programs, Zero Homes enables customers to combine utility rebates, state funding, and accessible financing like the On-Bill Repayment Program, opening the door to meaningful upgrades that might otherwise be out of reach. 3rd Place: Sunrise Insulation

Sunrise Insulation, operating as Peylan Energy Efficiency Services, earned third place in the 2025 Residential Contractor Incentive Program under the Electrify and Save On-Bill Repayment Program. Based in Alamosa, the team provides services throughout Chaffee County, the Gunnison Valley, Lake County, Otero County, Pueblo County, and the San Luis Valley. Their comprehensive offerings include energy audits, blower door testing, HVAC repair and replacement, cold-climate air source heat pump installation, heat pump water heaters, insulation upgrades, and more!

As a give-back company, Sunrise Insulation prioritizes working with families of all income levels, partnering with CCEF and Energy Outreach Colorado’s CARE program to ensure weatherization and electrification solutions are accessible to those who need them most. Looking ahead, they plan to expand with a second location in Denver in early 2026, supporting workforce development and helping meet growing demand for safe, electric technologies in the region. 1st Place: Elephant Energy

Elephant Energy, based in Broomfield, serves homeowners across Colorado’s Front Range. Their team specializes in whole-home electrification and weatherization, including: heat pump & heat pump water installation, insulation & air sealing, electrical upgrades (main panel, induction, EV chargers), and more.

Elephant Energy is also supporting homeowners in navigating the Colorado Home Energy Rebate (HEAR/HER) program and other stackable rebates. Income-qualified households can now get up to $14,000 of their project costs covered through HEAR/HER. A recent homeowner who completed a main panel upgrade, heat pump, and heat pump water heater installations with Elephant Energy was able to claim nearly $26,000 in rebates in January alone.
