Eligible Borrowers
Owners of commercial, industrial, agricultural, multi-family, and community buildings, including those owned by tax-exempt organizations. Commercial property owners must have no more than one lien on subject property and project cost must be equal or less than $500,000.

Fees
Origination fees are 2% of total project cost, paid one time at loan closing. FAST PACE program fees also apply.
