Description: Intended to fill finance gaps for implementing energy improvement projects

Loan Amount: Up to $1 Million. Larger requests considered.

Term: Up to 15 Yrs; evaluated on a project-specific basis

Rate: Fixed, below market rates

Repayment: Monthly principal and interest payments. No prepayment penalties.

Security: Deed of trust on subject property, if available, and UCC-1 filing on all business assets

Speed: Access to funding within 30 days of application submission

Description: Bridge the gap between project implementation and receipt of a reimbursable grant, rebate, or incentive.

Loan Amount: Up to $500K and/or up to 100% of grant, incentive or rebate. Larger requests considered.

Term: Up to 36 Months

Rate: Fixed, below market rates

Repayment: Monthly interest-only payments

Security: Reassignment of rebate/incentive/grant payments to CCEF. Additional collateral may be required.

Speed: Access to funding within 30 days of application submission
