Kait Wyckoff
Vice President of Program Operations
As Vice President of Program Operations, Kait plays a key role in driving the Collective Clean Energy Fund’s (CCEF) efforts to develop and deploy clean energy financing solutions across EPA Region 8. Kait leverages her extensive experience in operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and innovative program development to enhance CCEF’s mission to combat climate change.
Before joining CCEF, Kait served as Director of Operations at Michigan Saves, where she spearheaded initiatives that deployed over $670 million in clean energy improvements across Michigan communities. In this role, Kait strengthened relationships with a diverse network of lenders and implemented technology-driven solutions to streamline operations, making financing more accessible and efficient for contractors, homeowners, and businesses alike. Her leadership helped expand clean energy financing opportunities to historically underserved populations while enhancing the program’s overall impact.
In addition to her role at CCEF, Kait serves as Board President of Michigan Energy Options, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing sustainable energy solutions through community-focused programming and partnerships.
Outside of work, Kait enjoys experimenting with new recipes, tackling home renovation projects, and spending quality time with her family in northern Michigan.
