Workforce Development Manager

Summary of Position

CCEF is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to join in CCEF’s effort of making clean energy accessible to all residents, business owners, nonprofits, and other stakeholders in Colorado and beyond. CCEF’s Workforce Development Manager is responsible for being a primary relationship manager for contractors; one of CCEF’s key stakeholder groups. The Workforce Development Manager works closely with CCEF’s Head of Business Development and will engage with CCEF’s Commercial and Residential teams on a regular basis. The role involves engaging with contractors that are a part of CCEF’s network, building CCEF’s contractor base, helping contractors navigate the CCEF authorization process, assisting with and leading contractor training sessions, and helping contractors to best utilize CCEF’s programs and financing products.

Loan Specialist

Summary of Position

CCEF is seeking a Loan Specialist to work closely with CCEF’s Credit Manager in implementing CCEF’s underwriting standards and procedures in support of CCEF’s investment policies. The CCEF Loan Specialist will assist CCEF’s growing Credit Team with administrative duties, help in maintaining various credit files, perform loan analysis, execute loan processing and closing procedures, and assist with loan servicing functions.
